The spiral extrusion dewatering machine can be widely used in the dewatering operation of high humidity residue materials before drying, such as wine residue, fruit residue, medicine residue, cassava residue, etc. It can remove about 20% of the moisture in the materials, greatly reducing the burden on the dryer, significantly increasing production, and reducing energy consumption. Working principle of spiral extrusion dewatering machine
After the speed regulating motor runs normally, the material is evenly added from the feeding box. The material after entering the machine is pushed forward along the axial direction by the spiral rotating blades. During the forward process, the material is subjected to the changing pitch and the action of the adjusting baffle, forming a huge squeezing force, which causes the material to undergo mechanical dehydration under external force. The moisture is discharged through the sieve at the outlet, and the dehydrated material is discharged at the discharge box.
